Welcome to the Airport Wars Northeast Spring Throwdown 2019
For all you street racers that want to get off a cash days without the threat of the law. We are bringing the streets to the runway. We are offering a small tire 100% buyin and also a big tire class prizes based upon entries. We need serious interested racers to Airport Wars Facebook page with name, phone number, Email address, Year, make, and model of vehicle and tire size you are running. Racing will be going through the night until finished. We will respond as efficiently as possible in a timely manner. Keep in mind we do not want complaints to arise, so we want to move as quickly as possible.
*IMPORTANT TO ALL AND ANY ON PREMISES*
PLEASE BE VERY RESPECTFUL TO THE FACLITLY BY WAY OF NO DRINKING WHILE RACING, NO BOTTLES AT ALL. NO TRASH LEFT BEHIND. DO NOT STAND ON RUNWAY AND DO MESS WITH ANY ITEMS ON PROPERTY.
NO TEST LAUNCHING AND BURNOUTS IN THE PARKING LOT. DO NOT BE THAT GUY THAT WILL RUIN IT FOR THE REST!!!
NO DONUTS OR TEARING UP THE AIRPORT PROPERTY. NO 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCKS TRYING TO DRIVE OUT OF ASSIGNED AREAS. There will be a wavier for everyone to sign when they enter in the gate at there own risk. This is not our property and we are holding more events this 2019 season!
*ADMISSIONS*
-All racers $60.00 admission (which will be collected at the gate)
-Crew and spectators $15 per person
-Kids under 12 are FREE
* EVERYONE MUST PRINT AND SIGN WAVER AT THE GATE and receive arm band to enter****
-SORRY for any small increases.. but do to extra lighting, restrooms, more paid staffing and cost of operating facility do to previous recommendations per racers and spectators. The expenses are more than most expect but it takes money to put these events on and we want to be able to continue hosting these events
*GENERAL RACER RULES AND REGULATIONS*
-Each Racer Allowed one test pass or shakedown but all testing will be from 10am-11am
-Mandatory drivers meeting for will be held at 11:30pm at the starting line
-This will be a Prepaid event
-NO REFUND will be given if you are a no show
-RAIN DATE WILL BE April 13th 2019
*RULES*
-Safety is key
-Helmet required
-Safety gear ( more the better )
-8th mile heads up flash light start
-Jump you loose
-Chase is not a race
-No AWD vehicles
-Cross your out if your in front if you’re behind you’re fine. If your tire crosses the line and we can not see your tire marks and the body appears to be way across in oppenants lane we will make the call. If both drivers can agree we will run ot back
-Draw for spots every round.
FIRST ROUND CALLOUTS ALLOWED
– If you play any “burn down games” its automatically DQ and the staff working the event will make that decision including the flagger. The flagger and crew will also determine if there is a jump or not (video if needed)
-Finish line has final say on winner (video if needed) previously we had a video camera failure at finish line, and we are making this not to become a issue again. There will be $100 fee to challenge the call. If you are undeniablly correct you will refunded
-Two burnout is allowed (no more!) Your crew must inform opponents if you are doing one or two
-All racers must bring water for burnout

*SMALL TIRE RULES*
-Tagged vehicle
-275 tire on a 15 inch wheel is allowed
-up to a 305 on a 17 inch wheel is also allowed
-28-10.5 NON W tire is allowed Unlike in JJ Da Boss race here he allowed a 29.5 by 10.5 tire. We will not be allowing at this event ( If we catch anyone with a with a tire that has been altered by way of grinding off to disguise the tire we will D/Q you and ask you to leave permanently!)
*BIG TIRE RULES*
-All vehicles must be Tagged and please don’t come in with someone else’s tag somehow attached to your racecar
-Any size slick or radial is allowed
-Run what you bring (unlimited)
* GRUDGE RACING****
( Keep in mind all class racers are able to grudge race once they are eliminated from their class included in their entry). We can not guaranteed a spot the day of the event for grudge racers that show up only to grudge race the day of the event. You can try your luck the day of the event to see if you can get runs, but it’s not a guaranteed. Last event went very well without oil downs etc, hopefully this time goes as smooth and if it doesn’t we will not have the time for grudge races outside of Pre registered.
GRUDGE RACING WILL GO ON 1-3 HOURS AFTER COMPLETION OF BIG AND TIRE RACES
* TEST *
We do not have any anticipation of extra time for testing.. So we are not accepting test cars this event.. only testing will be for preregistered racers or guys that pay at gate to grudge race knowing that they are rolling the dice and may only get in there testing between 10am -11am.
* RACERS *
After first round if you lose you are welcome to drop back to GRUDGE race. Winner’s are asked to return to their crew to get their cars ready for the next round ASAP and stop by the MAIN tent to find out placement. PLEASE let it be known that our priority is to complete all of the CASH DAY races.

* VENDORS *
Any interested vendors, We will offer up to Fifteen 10×10 spots available by pre registration via PayPal for 150.00 which included operator only. Anyone extra still pays 15.00 cover. Contact via Facebook messenger.
We are doing our best to make this a good EVENT. We have more thing’s in place along with more lighting, food vendors, restrooms and more.
We really appreciated all participants and spectators last event all help by friends and family .
We really want to thank everyone for being apart of this new way of street racing taking off of the street that has now been able to be brought local to all of us… we all are a big racer family through out these local states with goals of fun , success, and ambitions, that can be more safely accomplish on this this type of premise. We are really looking forward to all involved to continually being a part of what we are doing in the drag racing world
